If you've suffered an accidental injury on the road, at work, at home or as a result of clinical negligence, and it's affected your earnings or health - you may want legal help to get compensation if someone else was at fault.

In the majority of cases, you must make your claim within three years of the date of the accident, but it is best to contact us sooner rather than later. You can complete the online Accident Report Form or alternatively contact one of the team directly and they will be able to discuss your accident and help you decide whether or not to proceed with a claim.
We will not advise you to proceed with a claim unless we believe it will be successful and you should not be concerned for financial reasons, as we can usually arrange funding on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.
